Climbing into the toy box is obviously the best way to play with the toys inside of it.  Please forgive the weird shadow on the right.  I just didn't like the picture as well cropped down.

First PB&J.  I think he loved it - those are Daddy's genes.

He's obviously sick because there is no other circumstance under which he is still and awake.

Coffee and lava cake.  A fantastic end to a very trying day.

We have been taking full advantage of the fact that the rain finally stopped.  Even Sal wanted to get outside for a walk, but Joey's not sure what he thinks about walking to the grocery store.

Meeting his very first brown pelican.

Gorgeous Dana Point Harbor on our first rainless day in a week.

See, Sal, I told you he like pickles.

I blogged about these yummy things here.

The only way this kid will wear a hat is when promised a trip to the mailbox.

These were all taken last Sunday at a car show held to raise funds for my uncle's family.  Such a cool sense of community among his friends.

Newly discovered love of Spaghetti-Os

There's obviously something in this box (of MY Christmas gifts) he needs.

Izzie wanted to come to Vegas, too.

I'm Back!

Life has thrown me some unexpected curves lately so I am a little behind the days with my pictures.  I promise to get caught up over this coming weekend now that I have both a chance to breath and a brand new card reader.

Is it bad that the thing in Food Network magazine that my kid is most attracted to is a martini?

He eats soup!

Look at those lashes!

It's seriously not fair that boys, especially ones this small, get to have eyelashes like this.  His dad has them, too.

The boys and their kitty on the couch.

Please excuse the crappy quality.  I haven't quite gotten a handle on how long the battery for my new camera lasts so I had to use my phone.

So peaceful.  I never get tired of watching him sleep.

Joey and his FIA Anne

It always surprises me how comfortable Joey is with people he's not met before.  This picture is a little deceiving, but he really did like Anne.  He definitely did not get the friendly gene from me - it's the Italian in him for sure.

Joey and Uncle Jon at the park.

Some of my favorite childhood memories are of my aunts and uncles. I love that Joey will have that same opportunity.
